PLEASE NOTE! The $12 shipping box has only up to 8 15ml bottles due to new packing that will help in any leaks or breaking.

At checkout, you must select the proper shipping option. If not, you will receive an invoice that covers the remainder of the shipping costs. This invoice must be paid before the order is placed.

• $12 - 1-8 small bottles (120ml bottles cannot be shipped in a small box)

• $18 - 9-58 small bottles; 1-7 large (120ml) bottles

• $26 - 59-100 small bottles; 8-12 large (120ml) bottles

When combining 15ml with 120ml bottles, count the 120ml as eight 15ml bottles. For example, if you purchase 5 small bottles and two hydrolats, the two hydrolats (120ml) count as 16 small bottles. So, you would add 5 + 16 and select the $18 shipping option.

Replacement Protection Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

NOTE: An exception to the following information concerns the shipping of hydrolat (hydrosol) products to an area experiencing freezing temperatures at the time of shipment. We do not ship hydrolats under those conditions unless replacement is waived by the customer, even if you have purchased the shipping insurance detailed below.

Coverage Will Be Provided for the Following Types Of Loss:

*Leakage: The amount of oil lost will need to be documented by images provided by the recipient; we will, at our sole discretion, determine the amount of the loss and either replace the bottle with the same sized bottle, or replace the amount leaked, together with a new label, if needed, and a new secure dispenser cap. Postage to ship the replacement will be borne by us.

*Damage resulting in loss: The extent of the damage will need to be documented by images provided by the recipient. The damaged contents, as determined by us, will be replaced in full by us, and the postage to ship the replacement(s) will be borne by us.

*Lost or stolen packages: Packages lost by the carrier, if not covered by the carrier, will be replaced and shipped by us.

Due to the increase in lost, damaged and stolen packages, the replacement coverage must be purchased by the customer for us to work with you to replace orders, if necessary. If the customer does not purchase replacement coverage, we will not be responsible for replacement of product due to leakage, damage or loss.

Maximum coverage: $5,000 per package.

Cost of Coverage:

*Domestic: $1.25 per $100 value of order (before shipping); less than $100 value is $1.25. Any order value in between requires that the next $100 in coverage be purchased. For example, an order valued at $230 would require $300 worth of coverage ($3.75). The package may not be insured for less than the full value.

*International orders. $1.75 per $100 value of order (before shipping); less than $100 value is $1.75.

These increments continue until the maximum coverage of $5000 is reached. This is the same limit domestically and internationally.

• If you choose No insurance – you assume the leakage, damage or lost package costs to replace your order.

• Insurance applies to essential oils and hydrolat purchases only for your orders
